PASTOR GREGORY DONALDSON
WORD OF FAITH | SOUTHFIELD, MI
Welcome to 30 days of prayer. Today’s prayer topic is we are praying for those who are dealing with mental health issues. Our foundational Scripture is found in1 Timothy 2:4and it says,“Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”That word saved means sozo, which means whole, healed, preserved and protected. So it is God’s will for all of us, whether we are praying for dealing with mental issues, to be whole. That means in every area of our lives—our minds whole, our bodies whole, our finances whole—everything.
So as we pray today for those dealing with mental issues—our families, friends and loved ones—we pray in the name of Jesus that every area of their life is whole, that their mind is whole and that they only think of those things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely and of a good report. We pray for those who are care taking and assisting them as well. We pray for all of our family members who may be dealing with some of the challenges.
So we join our faith together as we pray for those who are dealing with mental issues and declare wholeness in every area of their lives. So as we pray today, let’s release our faith because we walk by faith and not by sight, and we declare it so. Shalom—nothing missing, nothing broken. God bless you. Let’s pray. The Spirit of the Lord is upon you.
Praise God
