Pastor Keith Fritz
SENIOR PASTOR | WORD OF FAITH | TORONTO, CANADA
Hello. I am Pastor Keith Fritz. Thank you for joining our 30 days of prayer. This is day 28 and today we are to pray for strength and endurance. Paul encouraged Timothy to fight the good fight of faith; lay hold on eternal life. And to fight that good fight of faith, you will need strength and endurance. Your strength and endurance come from God. David acknowledges where his strength comes from. Psalm 59, verse 9 says, “Because of his strength will I wait upon thee: for God is my defence.” And then in verse 16 he says, “But I will sing of thy power;” Paul also acknowledges where his strength comes from. In Philippians 4, verse 13, he says, “I can do everything through Christ who gives me strength.” And why are we praying for strength? Because we can get weak. Second Corinthians chapter 12, verse 9, God said to Paul, “My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.” That word strength there is translated power and ability. Nehemiah 8, verse 10 says, “For the joy of the Lord is your strength.” Strength there is translated as a place of safety, protection and refuge. Why do we need endurance? Hebrews chapter 10, verse 36 says, “You have need of steadfast patience and endurance so that you may perform and fully accomplish the will of God, and thus receive and carry away and enjoy to the full what is promised.” So, as we seek to do God’s will, and when we rely on Him for strength and endurance, we will find that God has been doing His work conforming us to Christ and preparing us for His promised blessing. Pray for strength and endurance today. Be blessed.
Amen, Thank you Heavenly Father for letting us wake up this morning to pray. For Strength and Endurance. Also, I'm asking in my prayer for us to continue to be consistent in your Word daily. In Jesus name Amen 🙏 🙌 ✨️
